  • 200 More down! 30, 30, 30, 30, 20, 20, 20, 20. I gotta say. This is going to be harder than I was thinking. 200 for one day wasn't bad, but this morning I was a bit sore and tired before I even started. 10 days of this could break a person! Damn you Craig! :) Or maybe I should've been in better shape to start with!

  • First day so I thought I'd test myself.
I maxed out at 28 continuous push ups.

Did 2 more to make it 30.

  • OK, day two! 50 50 50 50. Not all of them were great pushups but I didn't have to use my knees. They were spread out over the course of 4 hours. Also, it helped that I got my soreness out of the way when I did 200 pushups the day Craig announced the challenge (before it officially started on Monday).

  • Hahah! It does go away eventually, but it's not too much fun powering through the soreness, that's for sure!
