I miss the Lake in the Summer. Can't wait for this snow to melt so I can get back out there.

    Please. It is horrible, and i'm sick. I can't wait to get out of this house, and go for a run. Shorts weather... that's all I ask.

    Sucks...hate it. I am stuck in a gym either on a terribly small track (1/12th mile), a treadmill (is there anything worse?) or like today - battling mother nature in the wind and snow.

    Coping pretty good .... invested in some great running spikes and balaclava from the running room :) Only problem is my water bottles keep freezing 15-20 mins into my run,
