iPod touch voice

I am having problem with the voice on my iPod touch. Sometimes I hear the voice and sometimes I don't and when I do the voice is so low. Has this happened to anyone and what,s the solution?

  It happens to me on and off. Go into settings and turn off nike+, reboot, and turn it back on. The voice should come back (at least for a while). I've got a how-to on using genius playlists during workouts if anyone is interested.
