Just kicked off week 5 last night in the third column while watching the Biggest Loser finale. I found the two sets of 60 to be really, really hard to reach, but I forced myself to hit 65 on the max set. I'm doing all three of the challenges at once (squats, situps, pushups) and I'm definitely finding the situps to be the "easiest". Easiest only in comparison to the others, that is!

This has surprised me, because I always assumed my abs were pathetic, but I guess nine to ten months of shovelglove has helped!
