Here's one, Carlos:

You can pick it up from the Mulholland end. I usually start on the Woodland Hills side.

Those sound great! I'll have to give the mulholland route a try sometime. I'm working myself up to doing more hills and I'm trying to find routes that have more hills, but have dirt trails as the asphalt can be killer on my knees!

You should try running the Arroyo Seco trail near Pasadena. I haven't done all of it, as I've only just discovered it myself. I've only explored the Pasadena and Northeast LA end of it, which includes the Rose Bowl loop, which you can in effect skip if you want since there is a trail right next to it. The northern part of it is near Jet Propulsion Labs, but is its own park called Hahamongna. You can run across a cute bridge, that much I know. Also, further up is the Angeles National Forest, which you can also run up. It's technically closed due to the fires, but you can get through easily. Plus I saw a whole team of firefighters just strolling along there, so it should be fine.

GIRL you are trepassing in the forest?! Nice, I definitely want to try running around there. I saw some of your trail pics looks REALLY cool!
DUDE SCOTT - that's my HOME (when it comes to favorite routes) I LOVE that freakin trail - used to run it all the time. AHHHH - maybe we should do a Westside DM fun run around there? If not Mandeville Canyon, run the out and back Sullivan Canyon trail which is 7 miles I think.

I'm down! I love that area.....I lived up in Topanga for a stretch, and would mountain bike all over the Santa Monica Mountains. Its awesome. Let's get some peeps together and make it happen! I haven't run trails in a long time, so this should be fun!
