Last year I was running at 5am almost every weekday... after being off work for 2 weeks over Christmas I fell out of my routine. I've hit the snooze button more times this year than I've gotten up to run. I feel miserable after getting that extra hour of sleep. I really need to push myself to get back in that routine. My days are definitely better when I do.
