sounds like you're building muscle well because you're losing inches that's awesome! I'd keep up what you're doing even if you do see some extra numbers on the scale. Perhaps a visit to the nutritionist might help you may not be eating enough or in the right proportions of carbs, proteins and fats. Keeping a journal of your foods and calorie intake for the next month will help the nutritionist get a better understanding of your diet and possibly only need one or two visits-a wallet saver if your insurance won't cover it (depending on your BMI some health insurances will cover a nutritionist visit upon Dr. referral.)
