Lkg for walkers, not runners!

I read Runners World since Walking magazine folded. My body and psyche better suited for walking, swimming, dancing, yoga. Am 57 yrs young, recovering from Chronic Fatigue Syndrome...have high stress life/career. My phys therapist suggests not clocking and measuring but doing daily mile ;-) or whatever movement is good and healthy-listening in more than to externals. I'm looking for like minded/oriented friends!! Hope to hear from you!
