Let's come together and enjoy the sport of marathoning together on this site. What is your next marathon and what are you training for? Introduce yourself?

My name is Steve Walters aka Marathon Freak or the newsletter guy. I'm Maniac #338, and live in Portland, Oregon. I'm a 7 star Maniac and will be running my 100th marathon in November in Seattle.

    Sorry Greg, I don't get out of the NW much. But hopefully I'll see you back up this way again soon. Do you have any photos to send me?

    Thanks for putting this together Steve! I am MikeDaMarine #2346 ** from Virginia Beach. I became a Maniac after Shamrock this year. I just finished my 9th marathon this year and am on a streak for my 3rd star! ***

    My name is Kim. MM # 2174. I am running my 10th marathon in Las Vegas in December. Hoping to BQ. :) I live in Cibolo, Texas. My last Marathon was in Gruene Texas. The Chosen: Adoption Marathon. Last November started the maniac trec..6 marathon in 5 1/2 mos. 2 stars. :)

    Hi, I'm MM #2944. I'm currently training for my 12th marathon, the OC (Orange County, CA) Marathon, in May. I hope to qualify for Boston, and to run fast enough to actually be able to register for it, ha!

    I am Marathon Maniac #53. Running on the beach in Long Branch, New Jersey. I love living on the beach with my honey and 3 hounds. I don't really train, I just book a marathon as I can afford them. If that is 7 in 7 weeks (done) or 2 in one week (done) or one a year then so be it. I am not a fast runner buy I have done Boston twice. I don't set goals or pace myself or wear a sports watch. I just do it.     My name is Chris. MM #4067. My one year anniversary as a Maniac is about a week away. I ran my 15th marathon last week at the Maniac reunion in Provo. What a great race! Loved meeting so many Maniacs! And the course was beautiful. The wind and the downhills sure did a job on my legs though! Utah Valley marathon was my 5th marathon in the past 6 weeks. My best streak ever. Going to take a few well deserved weeks off from long runs!
