Training for a Double Marathon Weekend

Hello!! There are three of us flying up from Baton Rouge, LA to run the Suntrust Richmond Marathon and then driving to NC for the OBX Marathon. We have never done a "double marathon" weekend, but are excited. We have been looking for a training program to help us prepare for running these two marathons in a weekend. Any suggestions?   I had a hard time finding any information regarding training for a double marathon. I found a guy that had done a few and he helped "tweeked" my training program. I just tried to email you the training program that Lauren, Becky and I have been following, but it wouldn't go through. What is your email address and I will try and send it again.
