Has anyone gone from "other" VFF's to Bikilas and now having issues with any pain----anywhere?? I was running in KSO's then switched to Bikilas and am now suddenly battling shin splints on the inner portion of my legs. I was wondering if the problem was upping my mileage too soon, or maybe a change in form due to the Bikilas somehow. I would never have thought it was the Bikilas, until i ran across a couple of other people who had similar issues?!?
I LOVE the way the Bikilas feel, but am very curious if they are somehow causing the shin splints (altering my feel and changing my form?)
