RubiTrack Mac-based GPS Fitness Log

posted almost 3 years ago | Report

If you're tired of Garmin Training Center and want a nice Fitness Log that runs on your Mac check out RubiTrack.

They have a free trial that you can download. It imports activities from Garmin 305 and organizes activities very nicely. Not quite as robust as SportTracks but better than Ascent. The maps and UI are excellent.

  • I have the program and would highly recommend it. The developer is really responsive. Not as feature rich as SportTracks on the PC, but it looks better and is easier to use.

  • It looks cool, but is it compatible with PC?

For PC use SportTracks. You can download for free from http://www.zonefivesoftware.com/SportTracks/

  • Can't find a way to zoom in on the charts, though. It's okay with casual rides, but when it comes to rides spanning over 70 km the chart becomes too cluttered for the eyes.

Other than that, it's a lot more pleasant to use than Garmin Training Center.
