This is something we can all share & learn from. For some of us, pre (and post) workout nutrition can be hard to tweak, so please share your ideas!

  • I've known for some time now that coconut oil is GOOD for you. Even if it's high fat, it is a medium chain fat which is healthier and easier for your body to digest. It is an isotonic solution. In fact, it can even be used as IV fluids!
    Coconut water is particularly helpful with workouts due to it's nutrient content. The following article states:

    "Coconut water is the purest liquid second only to water itself. It is chock full of electrolytes, calcium, potassium, magnesium; everything that is good for you."
