I've been approached by a few people on facebook and via my blog to become a coach, but it's not yet available in Canada. Apparently it's in the 'works'... but it's something I'm considering too...

To those of you who have become coaches - how is it going? Are you glad that you made the decision to be a coach?
I also took the plunge and became a coach, and the one thing I'd say is that it's definitely easy/quick money!
I finished Insanity (loved it), and I'm doing a hybrid P90X program (in 180 days) and training for the Disney Marathon 2011. I have developed a spreadsheet that's basically one week of P90X spread over two weeks. I do P90X three days a week - on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday, and I run 4 days a week. That's an aggressive plan, and I've built in an off day if needed on Mondays, especially when the long runs get much longer on Sundays.
I'll be glad to email any of you the spreadsheet with my program, and you can modify it however you want to any race you're training for. Just check out my site at www.goofyfitnessdad.com, and my contact info is there.

Michael, Can you send me that spreadsheet? I'd love to see it. I finished a 90 day circuit but my running really suffered. Looking to do another round, but want to keep running 3 days a week and doing my Bikram. Thanks Misty.
