Coaching, your view?

Alrighty. Im in love with the product, and really who isnt? As athletes we are feeding off this , we rip it apart like lions and growl with accomplishment. In other words we are OBSESSED. The best part is I'm totally fine with that. Having an obsession with fitness is healthy. At least in my book it is. I'm glad to have shared a link to have saved ya'll money on INSANITY workout. I hope that they are legit , and you have no problems with them. I dont see why you shouldnt . (P.S let me know how the whole process was)
I consider my DAILYMILE friends , true friends in fitness. You guys pretty much know what I do and I how feel on a daily basis and I would love some feedback.
With the whole beachbody network , there is an opportunity to become a "BeachBody Coach" , with that title you share tips and motivation AND have an online store that offers all products by BEACHBODY.
Now , would YOU buy from someone like me? Do you like buying from things like this?
Im so up in the air to do this. I havent tried the other products , but I'm dieing to. Plus Im thinking of doing a hybrid INSANITY/P90X workout next month. Am a crazy? Just a little but arent we all?
Just would like feedback on what ya'll would do , or think or if you already have a beachbody coach you buy your "goodies" from!

  • If I was into buying stuff I'd totally buy from you!

  • I've been approached by a few people on facebook and via my blog to become a coach, but it's not yet available in Canada. Apparently it's in the 'works'... but it's something I'm considering too...

  • To those of you who have become coaches - how is it going? Are you glad that you made the decision to be a coach?

I also took the plunge and became a coach, and the one thing I'd say is that it's definitely easy/quick money!

I finished Insanity (loved it), and I'm doing a hybrid P90X program (in 180 days) and training for the Disney Marathon 2011. I have developed a spreadsheet that's basically one week of P90X spread over two weeks. I do P90X three days a week - on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday, and I run 4 days a week. That's an aggressive plan, and I've built in an off day if needed on Mondays, especially when the long runs get much longer on Sundays.

I'll be glad to email any of you the spreadsheet with my program, and you can modify it however you want to any race you're training for. Just check out my site at www.goofyfitnessdad.com, and my contact info is there.

Michael, Can you send me that spreadsheet? I'd love to see it. I finished a 90 day circuit but my running really suffered. Looking to do another round, but want to keep running 3 days a week and doing my Bikram. Thanks Misty.
