Post/keep training plans on DM

Is there a way to post or rate a training plan and then track your way from start to finish? EX - I create an 8-week half mary training plan and i can input which days are for speed work, tempo runs, long runs, cross training etc... then as the days pass i can check of whether i did the work out or not. then at the end of the year it would be included in my report.

if that doesn't exist - it would be awesome to have here on DM. i like it here and don't want to sign up for another site just to track my training plan electronically. yes, that's what excel spreadsheets are for, but it would be nice to integrate that into the rest of the awesomeness of DM.
