RunnersWorld.com sometimes has recipes for recovery foods, pre-race meals, etc. There's a "Nutrition & Weight Loss" tab with recipes.
Yesterday I made some peanut-butter & banana muffins that are good for long-run recovery. (Next time they'll have a few choc chips!)
Hope you find some good things to make.

The Thrive Diet is a great book for sports nutrition! Whether you follow a plant-based diet or not there are some great recipes to incorporate into any sports nutrition plan. Brendan Brazier is a very accomplished athlete and I love to reference him when it comes to veg-friendly athletes. If you have ever seen the Vega protein line in the grocery store that is his stuff. Here's the link to his book on Amazon http://www.amazon.com/Thrive-Nutrition-Optimal-Performance-Sports/dp/0738212547/ref=sr_1_1?s=books&ie=UTF8&qid=1330634837&sr=1-1

Nancy Clark's Sports Nutrition Guidebook, is a great resource beyond just recipes, but it has chapters that are all recipes, approximately 100 pages.
