hey girl, i don't follow a training diet... once i start doing that, i get wayyy too OCD.
but every day i do include a lot of the same types of food... i absolutely hate meat, but i force-feed myself it every once in a while.
breakfast is always a nice mix of fruit/grain/protein (milk or yogurt)
a snack is typically fruit with protein of some sort
lunch has to have at least 1 veg and fruit
dinner - i'm bad at dinner...if i had my way it'd be a repeat of breakfast. i do try to eat veggies + protein but more often than not, it's more bread and fruit. ;)posted 5 months ago

I generally mix it up, I know that some eat a small meal 5-6 times a day but I generally eat a hearty breakfast, Cereal/yoghurt or scrambled eggs on brown bread a cup of tea, a large lunch (Veg and protein of some sort, depends what the school canteen is cooking!) and a lighter dinner (ie Jacket Potatoes, veg and some form of fish). I've replaced most of my white carbs with their wholemeal equivalent and try and eat lean protein although, indulge once in a while.. Think everyone is different hope you find what works for you..
