YES. That's not a good thing. You want your net calories to be anywhere from 1200-1800 (ish) depending on how tall you are/what you weigh.
So for example, I need to eat about 1500 cal/day. So if I run and burn 500 cal, I need to eat 2000cal that day.
When you burn off everything, you're literally starving yourself and that leads to a whole host of problems.answered about 1 year ago |Report
