Newbie to DM

Hey everyone! Just starting to get motivated to run again. Its been a loooooong time since I was serious runner and I've packed on some pounds while laying out on the couch. I have gotten into other types of exercises (Muay Thai and boxing) and now I am ready to incorporate running again. To help motivate me I've signed up for my first tough mudder in September. I remember the love I felt for running but I also remember what it took to get there so here we go!
