Help!

I'm just getting started after a long time not running. (20 years or so) I pulled a muscle and hurt my knee the 2nd day running so I am walking and riding a bike now. I have a lot of strength but have a hard time running very far yet. I need encouragement!

  • you did the right thing to stop running. When you're ready, take things slow. It may be boring, but try the Couch to 5 k program... It's a great way to ween your body into running.
