New to DM!

Hello everyone! I'm new to DM but not new to running. I started running in high school, took a break in college, got back into it a couple years after that, and have been fairly serious for the past 6 years or so since despite 3 knee surgeries along the way. Big goals for this year include breaking my 1:55 half marathon PR (set this past February at the Austin 1/2 Marathon), hopefully at the Philly 1/2 in November, and then starting a build for a spring marathon next year (my 3rd). Oh, and staying healthy - I'd like for this year to be my first in quite a few with no major injuries! ::knock on wood:: so far, so good!

I can use all the motivation I can get, and hope to help motivate some of you too!
