Just saying Hello

I thought I'd say Hi to everyone and introduce myself, I'm more of a hill/mountain walker but my goals are to get back into trail running this year, I gave up running outdoors 10 years ago after a bad ankle injury, I mostly run on treadmills nowadays 5k and 10k workouts, but the feeling of wanting to run a trail rather than walk it has got the better of me. I'll try and keep a post on what trails I do run and walk, one of which I do intend to do in June is the West Highland Way, 96 miles over 4 days, Walking most of it of course, I'm not as young as I used to be.
