just started running again - used to run 5km all the time - now trying to get back into running the 5km again hoping first race will be on canada day up here in edmonton- i have concinved my 15 yr old nephew to come running with me so i am feeling very encouraged

  Good on you for getting back at it Angela! You will not have any regrets over time, be consistent in your training and you will be running that Canada Day race no worries :-)
