Another DM running/cycling newbie...

Hi all! I just finished C25K last week. ow I'm feeling a little lost without that little voice telling me how long to run! I've got my first 5K this Saturday, and then another less than a month after that. I'm hoping to start a new training plan soon; hopefully one geared toward a 10K (I'd like to attempt one of those in the fall).

I'm also doing some beginning cycling, just as a way to cross-train.

I'd love some new friends on DM, as reading about other runners is really motivating for me!
