Newbie here! I ran cross country in high school, but retired my asics on graduation day. lol. 18 years later, I am trying to get back into jogging. I've completely changed my diet eating only low fat/non-fat foods with low calories. I don't eat simple carbs at night and I've drastically reduced my soda intake. My weakness! I started exercising & I've been jogging on and off for the past 3 weeks. My goal is to keep motivated, keep eating right and keep running. I'm looking forward to exploring this website and meeting new friends!
