I'm using Hal Higdon's Intermediate HM plan again, www.halhigdon.com. Used it for my HM last March where I broke 2 hours for the 1st time. Many people swear by Hal. FR sent, too.

Welcome to DM! I wrote my own training plan for my last half marathon and ended up running 1:46. Here's what a typical week looked like:
Monday: 6 miles easy; strength training
Tuesday: 8 miles speedwork (Intervals or Tempo)
Wednesday: 6 miles easy; strength training
Thursday: 6 miles hillwork; 1 hour boot camp class
Friday: Off
Saturday: 10-15 miles easy
Sunday: OffDuring my training cycle, I ran overdistance three times, which I think really helped my time and allowed me to run faster on race day.
Hope this helps!
