Sorry, was a little long and cut off my "point" of my ramblings!
Anyone with back pain, don't ignore it like I did for the last 20 years, I thought I could manage it, but it creeped up and knocked me out!
Get massages, chiropractic, and anything to keep active and healty.

Well, short story, had surgery yesterday it went well, I'm feeling great if not a but sore. Rehab in 3 weeks and will be better than before all this crazyness!

Wow that seems like a crazyyyyy injury. I read this because I've been fighting some back issues (I think) for the past 6 weeks but I'm not sure how severe it is.
It is right above my tailbone but off to the left. I'm not sure if it is truly back related (discs, etc,) or just a muscle. I have been able to keep training (carefully), but during speed work, after it felt great for the past 3 days, I re-injured it when I stretched into my sprints and lengthened my stride.
