Knees (still!)

Hello everybody

Back at the doctors today. His previous diagnosis seems a little unsure now and worried may be something else. Today a steroid shot to the knee and now it is just wait and see. If pain continues then will have to have a MRI. Really frustrating right now, but not much I can do about it, just sit it out and see what happens.

  My husand has the same problem he has had the steriod shot twice. He can only run 4 miles. I would pay big bucks to have him running with me again! Good luck
