Do you have access to a cross trainer/elliptical machine? Whilst you recover, I wonder if that would help you maintain cv fitness and leg strength.
Hope you start seeing some lasting recovery soon...

How are you doing now???? Did you ever go back and have another MRI?
I'm coming off a stress reaction -- left leg, left side of it just below the knee--kind of an uncommon area.
Was in a boot from 12/9 to 1/3. Then started walking. 1/17 I started walk/run.
Feeling odd things and I don't know if it's the injury or working through all the build up of stuff from the injury.posted 4 months ago
