You can use NSAIDs for Achilles tendon pain

posted 6 months ago | Report

Hi! From what I see here many of us have problems with Achilles tendon pain, joint pain or tendonitis. I had the same problems and I was using NSAIDs(non steroidal anti inflammatory drugs) to get rid of pain. I can tell that it works. I found useful information about this drugs here : http://www.nsaidslist.com/

  • Hi Laly,

OK so this is quite late in the day but...NSAIDs will probably help but be careful on how often you take them. These can lead to bleeding in the intestinal tract much as aspirins do.

There are natural herbal alternatives which can target inflamation problems - supplements which contain curcumin, boswellia, white whillow extract, ginger root, quercitin, bromelain.

    Anyway something to consider.
