Pain at the top of arch on the bottom of fthe foot. Any ideas on what it might be?

  • I got the same thing when I changed to a shoe that didn't have enough of an arch support.

  • I got rid of a lot of arch support my feet feel better went to the Asic Gel Landreth 7. Therapy included stretching calves (tight calves can cause PF) throughout the day, Icing my foot by rolling a frozen h2o bottle while logging in my daily workout and then using a golf ball again rolling my foot across it in several directions.
