Do you have any suggestions on a cold weather transition to bike without having any bike specific apparel?

The weather has been pretty cold here in Savannah, GA and I have a sprint tri this weekend. The swim won't be a problem since it is a pool swim, but the rest is outside. I don't have any warm weather biking gear so do you have any suggestions? Can I just wear a wind breaker or what?
