I'm not a fan of the Pure series, I think they are too stiff and hard for me to consider running in. The Go Run is a pretty sweet shoe however, I'd try that over the Brooks shoes. If you are looking for a minimalist Brooks shoe, check out there Mach series. I ran in those back in college. Currently in Skora Base.

Brooks and Sketchers still squeeze toes together in a pointed toe box. Toes need to splay for proper function of the plantar fascia and foot arches. Check out Altra shoes. (No, I don't work for them!)

Not enough support and too little drop for my needs, but I found them flexible and cushy. Seems like a fine shoe for some people. If you're looking or a minimalist style shoe, I find the Brooks Pure or Kinvara's a better shoe. Regardless- I only Wish I could run in shoes like that.
