I'm not sure if this helps but I was having issues with my throat burning and feeling like I couldnt breathe. Not sure if its the same thing but I started chewing gum. It helped a ton and I dont have the issue at all!!! I am now addicted to chewing gum while running but oh well I guess there's worse things out there :) Only certain gum seems to work for me, juicy fruit does not, I bought some the other day because they didnt have my Trident (the fruit kind with double layers). I used it during a 5k and it did not help at all!!!! Any ways I hope you find out whats going on and its an easy fix!!
