Howdy, I've been using Dailymile to track my stuff for a few months now. And like you am just starting to figure out how this all works. I'm training for a Half Marathon (Pikermi) in January. Hope your knee holds up and you stick with it!

That's fantastic! The mental battle, for me, was the hardest part about working my way up to 13 miles. After that, it's not too bad. :) Thanks!
