I am looking for a running group local or to start one any one know of any or would be interested. No Marathon runners 10k or less..

    Donna where do you usually run? Do you run during the week and every weekend?

    Hi Heaven,
    Like what Micheal G. said RVRR is a great running club and we run not far from you, usually in Johnson Park. We meet every Wednesday early evening (6:30pm) and Saturday mornings usually for easy/ medium/long runs depending on what you plan for the day. We also meet on Tuesdays for hills, speed runs etc. I haven't been to one yet but there is a group run on Thursday afternoons from Runner's High in Metuchen too. Good luck with you training and have fun running!
