I'm a huge believer in yoga, so I would definitely keep that as one of the cross training days. I also like the bootcamp class, but if you're feeling too broken down to handle that intensity, I would do weights, but similar to the bootcamp format. If you're not doing a recovery run following your long runs, I would add easy biking for those days.

An hour on the elliptical or bike, and even walking is great cross training; according to Hal Higdon's marathon training programs. I used his Novice 2 program to train for my half.

Cycling -
Either outside or on a spin bike. Both are excellent means of low impact fitness and can be VERY cardio if you get after it.

I second Matt's comment about yoga. It is THE thing that keeps me injury free. It can be quite the workout in it's own right as well.
