Any advice on stretching / cool down techniques after a 10km run? I am curious to see if there is something else I need to add to my routine of stretches and slow jogging that I am currently doing post run. Your advice is greatly appreciated.

  • Frankly, I don't do anything special after a 10k run (run 2 to 4 times a week depending on my schedule and the weather) other than make sure I hydrate a bit. I'm starting to add a little stretching because I'm feeling a bit tight in my legs over the last week, but I keep that light.
