I wouldn't be worried. You'll probably feel a little better than usual for this run. My only concern would be that if you're increasing the distance of your long runs, and you run regular mileage before your next long run, then that run might be tougher.

no worries. Sometimes we get so caught up in sticking with the schedule that we lose sight of the journey. You will be fine! Time on your feet is just as important for the long runs.
