I'm not sure how much techno music they recommend, but try going to jog.fm and putting in a 7:00 pace. It will give you a list of songs around 180 bpm.

Check out www.jog.fm. you can put in what pace and how many bpm you are looking for.. it pulls up a gazillion songs.

Look into VeloBeats, which was designed for cycling but works well with other types of workouts. The mixes have a focus on the rhythm and beat. Most all of the mixes available utilize Euro style techno and club music.

You could try the podcast running to the beat, they have a varied selection of techno tempo beats to down load

the iphone ap: Cadence.fm has a lot of that kinda' music. you can set the slider to whatever bpm you want, and it will stream music at that cadence. oh- it's a free app.
