Any runners on the south shore of long island?

Fairly new to LI and don't have anyone to run with. I've heard there is a really serious group in Bellmore and there may possibly be some group runs in the Rockaways but I haven't heard of any other groups.

  Hi Jana,

  I live in Ridge New York near Coram. I run with a group on the Mount SInia- Shoreham area. There is plenty of groups around you just need to look for them. There is a group in Sayville that runs on Tuesdays.
