I have tried 5 or 6 times, it acts like its doing what its supposed to then quits and goes back to the time and date screen... Any tips....?

EDIT: Sorry I have the 405, it has wireless transfer.(ANT?) I tried the charging clip thing and didn't work.. It just kept saying it was charging.....GERRRR! I am so frustrated that I cannot get it to work..

  • Which Garmin? Is it the Garmin 210? Because it took me a while before I realized how hard it is to align the pins on the clamp. You have to mess with it a while before it finally clamps down on the right spot, and then it'll upload properly to Garmin Connect.

  • 1. Make sure Training Center is closed.
    2. Exit and close Ant Agent.
    3. Restart Ant Agent
    4. Should Transfer, if not restart computer
    5. If that dosen't work do a Force Transfer

    Good Luck

  • With my 310 I've been having to force the ANT+ synchs by going into setting on my 310 and enabling "Pairing". This then causes a data transfer event which is successful.

As a note: this problem started with the last firmware update and has been unresolved so far by Garmin. I've called in for support and so far the only assistance I've gotten is a new ANT+ Stick (which hasn't improved the situation.) I suspect, in my case, the issue is the firmware and will need to wait until the next update to resolve itself (Just like the heart rate monitor problem needed to wait for the last update.)
