Hi Kimberly,
Congrats on getting in shape! I love that your knitting blog turned into a fitness blog. Funny.I blog about food/nutrition and try to provide motivation for people to get into working out and to think about what they're eating and why. Every once in awhile I'll post about my training for my first half ironman this July :).

I'm training for the 2010 LIVESTRONG Austin Challenge in October. I'm riding in honor of one of my students and a colleague, both of whom are cancer survivors (AML and breast cancer, respectively). My blog is about training my 43-yr. old bod for this ride as well as starting a running program so I can participate in my first EVER duathlon in September. There's also a mix of my photography, interesting facts about the area where I live, and other random thoughts. Come check me out! :-)

As the list is getting a bit long i thought i'd make life a little easier and added an rss aggregator to the list. What this means for those of you that don't work in IT is that i have taken all of the links to the blogs in the list and put the content into a single page, so as each person adds new content to their blog you can see a summary at this address then link to the site if you want to read more. Obviously this should take a big of the leg work out of keeping up to date with what people are saying.

Me,
but despite "blog wisdom" about concentrating on just one thing my blog
http:/fegrig.com/
is eclectic with a bit about everything in my life including getting off the sofa.
I will certainly look through the long list that has been mentioned here.

Hi - I JUST started one about a month ago - I'm a complete newbie when it comes to blogs and honestly, don't even know much to add to my blog than pics and posts! I need to follow some of the above posts just to figure out some things!
Mine is mostly about my running - specifically my journey to my first half marathon - and trying to stay sane with everything else I have to do on a daily basis.
I haven't shared it with but a couple people - so this is BIG for me!
so here goes: http://peaceloveandhamstrings.blogspot.com/

I run ultras and reading blogs about the races was valuable information since these races are often remote and require gear not normally used. So in that light i started my own to chronicle my failures and success in hope that it can help others as i have been helped
