Running with Endometriosis

Hello, all! I'm in need of some advice. I was diagnosed with endometriosis last year after several years of pain. I had surgery in December and it helped a little bit. I finally had my pain down to a manageable level and have made a goal for myself to train for a 5k and 10k this summer/autumn. The past couple weeks, I've had some issues with ovarian cysts rupturing and it sets me back for anywhere from 2-5 days. What is a good way to bounce back from this? Or to even get at least some exercise in while my body recovers? I'm trying to not let it discourage me from fighting to reach my goal, but it's getting more difficult as time passes.
