Does anyone suffer from PAC's?

Premature Atrial Contractions?? I was just diagnosed after having heart palpatations more regularly the past couple months. It does NOT happen when I run, thank god, but I did just finish yoga and they are going on.

Anyway, I go to the cardiologist on Tuesday to find out 'what now' if anything, but was wondering if anyone else has PAC's?? Apparently they are pretty common.

    Not that... but I do get a bit of Arrhythmia from Caffeine and have to watch my intake a bit. Running helps metabolize the caffeine.
