There could be a lot of things that would cause this.
Are you stopping abruptly and not doing any sort of stretching or cool-down after your run? Are you just jumping onto the couch or laying on the floor? That'd definitely give your body a quick shock and cause that kind of reaction.
Light-headed during intervals is completely normal. It means that your blood is dispersing more towards your limbs than your brain, and thus, causing you to have a lack of oxygen to the knowledge box. Make sure you keep moving (at least slowly) in between your intervals.
Always, always, always make sure you're hydrating throughout the day!
