Any runners out there with gastroparesis?

I have been diagnosed with acute idiopathic gastroparesis this past week. What I am battling right now, I assume, is a really bad flare. I am struggling with GI pain, feeling full, not being able to tolerate food or liquids, nausea, etc. Is there anyone else out there who runs and has this condition? Does running help the symptoms?? I'd love to hear back.

  I too have gastorparesis. Was just recently diagnosed...Any advice? Am getting used to a whole new bland diet and medicine.
