Does anyone track sleep during marathon training?

If you do. How do you do it? Do you use an online log? An app? A written log? I'm trying to find a good way to track how much sleep I'm actually getting. I have a feeling that I THINK I get more sleep than I actually do.

  • I don't track sleep but I do make sure there are no late nights in the last 2 weeks before the race... which is not a big problem as I am generally pooped by 9pm.
