I use SparkPeople.com and I love it! I track everything I eat and have for the past 10 months. Sounds obsessive, but it's helped me loose over 15lbs, even before I started running.

I like my fitness pal because I have the app on my phone and it really makes it easy to track what I'm eating to make sure I don't under eat. Plus it's free, always a bonus. I prefer the forum here, though, friendlier and more supportive so I use that site for the calorie tracking.

I agree with Amelie!
I have been using Lose It! since January of this year and have lost nearly 50 lbs. It would have been more but I had some down time for about a month to a month and a half. It doesn't work if you don't use it.
It's easy to use and is available for iPhone/iPad/iTouch, Android and on your computer.
