Ummmm........"front bracket"?!??!? Do you mean front; hub, brake or maybe headset? The only "bracket" on a bike is the bottom bracket, that is where the bearings are housed for the crackset!
Go to a good local bike shop and have it looked at, a good mechanic will solve the problem after a short test ride!

Front Fork. Anyway, I took it down for a service and they said the part holding the frame to the fork was a little loose which "might have done it"..
